GENERAL MEETING

PFLAG Lafayette usually meets on the first Thursday of each month at the Lafayette Public Library on Congress Street. We will meet  meet this Thursday September 4, 2025.  Meetings begin at 6:00 pm and usually end around 7:00 – 7:00 pm.

During the board meeting we will be discussing future events for PFLAG Lafayette.

PFLAG Lafayette is proud to have a speaker at our next meeting. Grayson Trahan with Hearts of Hope will be joining us to talk their mission. Hearts of Hope is the only sexual trauma center in Acadiana, Hearts of Hope oversees all sexual assault reporting and case management for children and adult victims in the community. Anyone is welcome to attend our meetings and learn more about PFLAG.

PARENT MEETING

Our Parent Support Group Meeting is held on the second Thursday of every month at St. Barnabas Church. These meetings are for parents with LGBTQ+ children. This gives them a space to talk about their feelings and whatnot towards their child’s sexual orientation or gender identity.
